To log into your trading account on PC or Mac, follow these steps:

Double-click the MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 icon on your desktop, or search and open the app from the Start menu. Once open, you will see the menu bar at the top of the screen. ​

Click the File option in the top left corner. ​

Select Login to Trade Account from the dropdown menu. ​

When the login window pops up, enter the following information:

- Login: Your trading account number
- Password: Your trading account password (sent to you by email) ​ Note: This password is different from your Client Portal password
- Server: Select the server corresponding to your account type

You can find server information in the welcome email you received when opening your account. Be sure to use the exact server name shown in the email to avoid login failure.

After logging in, MetaTrader will connect to the server based on the information you entered. This may take a few seconds depending on your network. Once connected, you will see your account details on the platform, including balance, equity, and margin.

On Windows, please ensure you use the latest Blueberry-branded MT4/MT5 platform, not versions from other brokers or the generic MetaQuotes versions.
