Important Notice:
To help prevent your positions from being liquidated due to rapid market fluctuations, Blueberry requires all clients to maintain a minimum margin of 150%. If your margin is insufficient during withdrawal processing, your request may be denied. Therefore, we strongly recommend closing your positions first.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Standard (Manual) Processing
Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours of submission (on business days). This time is used to verify your withdrawal information.
Requests submitted after 4:00 PM Beijing time are usually processed on the next business day. If you submit a withdrawal request on the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday).
Withdrawal Status Explanation
You can check the withdrawal status and corresponding reasons shown in the client portal to understand the current processing stage of your withdrawal request.

Processing — Approved, Awaiting Transfer: Your withdrawal request has been approved and is queued for transfer. If more than 24 hours have passed since your submission, please contact [email protected].
Approved — Funds Transferred: If the reason states "Funds have been successfully transferred to your account," it means your withdrawal funds have been successfully sent. Actual arrival time depends on the withdrawal method and receiving bank or payment provider. Please refer to the withdrawal methods and timing table below for estimated arrival times.

The processing times in the table below refer to the period after Blueberry has completed withdrawal processing and marked it as complete. These times indicate the expected range for funds to appear in the client’s account or wallet.
