Latest Features
The next time you log in or register a Blueberry account, you will be prompted to set up and enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Why is this important?
We want to provide you with a safer and more stable account login experience.
Authenticator apps generate dynamic codes directly on your device, working even without mobile signal or internet. Codes update every 30 seconds, providing continuous and reliable security for your account.
After enabling MFA, you will enjoy the following benefits:
Higher level of account security
Faster login experience
Fewer login issues, more stable and reliable verification
Supported MFA Methods (Authenticator Apps)
Currently, we support the following industry-standard authenticator apps:
Google Authenticator
1Password
These apps generate a 6-digit dynamic code every 30 seconds, working without relying on SMS, mobile signal, or internet connection.
How to set up and enable MFA?
Please refer to the Help Center article: “Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)”
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why introduce MFA?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account, effectively reducing the risk of unauthorized access and providing more comprehensive protection for your account.
Is MFA mandatory now?
It is not mandatory yet; you can choose to skip the setup for now.
However, MFA will soon become a required login verification method for all users. We recommend setting it up early to avoid future login issues.
If you skip setup temporarily, the system will remind you to set up MFA again after 7 days.
What if I change my phone? How do I log in?
If you can no longer use your original authenticator app, please:
Contact Blueberry Support ([email protected]) to request an MFA reset.
After resetting, you can set up MFA again on your new device.
What if the authenticator-generated code doesn’t work?
Please first check the following:
Your phone’s date and time are set to automatic sync.
You are entering the current latest 6-digit dynamic code, and the code has not expired.
You have selected the correct account in the authenticator app.
If the problem persists, please contact Blueberry Support: [email protected]
What if I accidentally deleted the authenticator app?
Please reinstall the authenticator app first.
If you cannot recover the previously set account, you will need to contact Blueberry Customer Support to reset MFA.
You can reach us at [email protected].
Can I use multiple authenticator apps simultaneously?
Yes. We recommend setting up MFA on multiple devices so that if one device is unavailable, you can still log in using another.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
Currently, MFA only supports verification via authenticator apps on phones; SMS or email codes are not supported.
Will MFA be used for withdrawals and other sensitive operations?
Yes. MFA will protect account logins and other important actions (such as withdrawals), further enhancing overall account security.
Do authenticator apps access my personal data?
No.
Authenticator apps only store keys used to generate dynamic codes and do not access or store your account information or any personal data.
I am also an agent (IB). Do I need to set up MFA separately?
No.
Once MFA is set up, it applies to both your personal account and agent account without separate setup.
What if I don’t have the phone with MFA installed?
If you temporarily cannot use the phone with MFA installed, you can still log in using backup codes without resetting MFA.
Where can I find backup codes?
Backup codes are provided when you first set up MFA.
The system will prompt you to save these codes during setup; please keep them safe for future use.
Can backup codes be reused?
No.
Each set of backup codes can only be used once. After all backup codes are used, you must log in using the authenticator app code or contact Blueberry Support to reset MFA.
What if I enter the wrong MFA code multiple times and my account is locked?
If you enter the wrong MFA code 5 times consecutively, your account will be temporarily locked for 5 minutes.
Please wait for the lock period to end before trying to log in again.
Who can I contact if I cannot log in?
You can contact Blueberry online support via:
