Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup in 5 simple steps:
Step 1:
Log in to your Blueberry Client Portal, and you will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Step 2:
Choose "Authenticator App" as your verification method.
Note: If you skip setup temporarily, the system will remind you to set up MFA again after 7 days.
Step 3:
Open the Google Authenticator or 1Password app and scan the QR code displayed on the page; alternatively, manually enter the setup key shown to complete the binding.
Step 4:
Enter the 6-digit dynamic code generated by the authenticator app, then click "Verify."
Step 5:
Click "Copy all codes," securely save your backup recovery codes, then click "I've saved my codes" to complete the setup.
Note: Be sure to save your backup recovery codes at this step. After setup, the system will not display or provide these codes again, so keep them safe for future use.
🎉 Setup Complete!
You can now log in and use your Blueberry Client Portal normally.
How to Use Backup Recovery Codes
If you temporarily cannot use the phone with the MFA authenticator app, you can still log in using one of your backup recovery codes.
Please note, each backup recovery code can only be used once. Once all codes are used, you must log in with the authenticator app code or contact Blueberry support to reset MFA.
What to Do If Your Account Is Locked?
Before your account locks due to multiple incorrect code entries, the system will notify you of the remaining login attempts.
If you enter the wrong MFA code 5 times in a row, your account will be temporarily locked for 5 minutes.
During the lockout, you cannot enter MFA codes or continue logging in.
Don’t worry, after the 5-minute lockout, you can enter a new code and try logging in again.
If you can no longer use the MFA authenticator, please contact Blueberry online support ([email protected]) to request an MFA reset.
